Work Roller
Our factory specializes in manufacturing high-precision work rolls,
the core working components for plate processing, rolling forming,
sanding & leveling, laminating and conveying equipment. As critical
precision parts directly involved in plate rolling, sanding and
shaping, they determine the flatness, surface finish and forming
precision of finished plates.
Our work rolls are widely compatible with wood sanders, plate
rolling mills, leveling & laminating machines, metal rolling
equipment, film coating forming production lines and precision
plate processing machinery. They serve finish forming of various
materials including wood panels, artificial boards, thin metal
sheets and decorative boards.
Crafted from premium Grade 45 precision round steel, seamless steel
tubes and high-strength alloys, our rolls feature dense, uniform
internal structure, outstanding toughness and heavy load capacity.
All products are manufactured under standardized precision
procedures: integral quenching and tempering stress-relief heat
treatment, combined rough & finish turning, super mirror precision
grinding, as well as G2.5 high-precision dynamic balancing
calibration. These processes fully eliminate internal roller
stress, fundamentally preventing bending, deformation and runout
during long-term operation.
The rollers boast ultra-high cylindricity, straightness and
concentricity with smooth, consistent roll surfaces. They run
stably without vibration or eccentricity under high-speed and
high-pressure working conditions, delivering even pressure contact
on plates for consistent processing accuracy.
Our work rolls excel in wear resistance, compression resistance,
bending resistance and anti-fatigue performance, supporting 24-hour
continuous high-speed operation, heavy-duty pressing and
high-frequency processing for harsh working scenarios with long
service life. Multiple customized surface treatments are available
to meet diverse processing requirements: super mirror finish,
anti-slip matte surface, PU/rubber coating, hard chrome plating and
anti-corrosion treatment, suitable for plate sanding, leveling,
rolling, laminating, anti-slip and scratch-resistant applications.
As an original physical manufacturer, we offer full customization
for non-standard diameters, lengths, shaft end structures, mounting
holes, rubber coating thickness & hardness and roller surface
treatments. OEM & ODM drawing/sample customization is supported.
