The system integrates face recognition, static detection, and attendance into one solution. Employees stand on the static test panel while facing the face recognition device. The system automatically identifies identity, detects static value, and simultaneously records work start time and overtime hours, enabling one stop passage that saves time and effort. When the test fails, the system gives a voice prompt: "Static exceeds limit, please use the static removal ball." Employees press the configured static eliminator ball for 3 to 5 seconds and then retest; once qualified, they can pass. The entire unit is made of 304 stainless steel, waterproof, sun resistant, cold resistant, and heat resistant, sturdy and durable, providing a reliable first line of defense for high end manufacturing workshops.

Functions and Advantages

1.Mandatory static testing for passage.

Employees must complete testing through the electrostatic test panel beside the gate. The gate opens only when the static value is qualified; those who do not meet the standard cannot enter. This physically enforces the static protection procedure, completely eliminating the uncontrollable mode of "conscious touching" and effectively protecting precision equipment.

2.One stop efficient passage.

Employees stand on the static test panel while facing the face recognition device. The system automatically completes identity verification, static value detection, and recording of work start time and overtime hours. One operation accomplishes three processes, completely eliminating the cumbersome steps of first clocking in, then testing static, and then entering the workshop, keeping the entrance unobstructed.

3.Voice alert for failed static test.

When the test fails, the gate does not open and the system automatically gives a voice prompt: "Static exceeds limit, please use the static removal ball." Employees press the static eliminator ball configured beside the unit for 3 to 5 seconds and then retest. Once qualified, they can pass. The entire process requires no manual intervention, quickly restoring passage without affecting work efficiency.
