Customize High-quality PVC Soft Epoxy Dome Base Nameplate
This domed nameplate features a soft PVC substrate covered with a
highly transparent epoxy resin dome layer. Custom base colors
including white, clear and colored backgrounds are available upon
request; the sample shown adopts a matte white substrate.
Graphic logos are manufactured through an integrated process of
high-definition full-color printing and surface doming. Patterns,
texts and color blocks of emblems are fully printed onto the PVC
sheet. After printing, clear epoxy resin is evenly poured over the
surface and cured naturally to form a rounded raised protective
coating with smooth, burr-free edges.

gently to slightly curved surfaces. The entire badge is
lightweight; it stays firmly adhered with adhesive backing, leaves
no sticky residue when removed, and features smooth rounded edges
for safe handling without scratching your hands or attached items. This nameplate supports intricate graphics of all kinds.
Multi-color overprinting, illustrations, Chinese & English fonts,
and trademark symbols can all be printed in a single run. Base
hues, font sizes and graphic proportions are fully adjustable to
perfectly align with all brand visual identity standards.
