Fully Automated Production Process

The precision dosing system is seamlessly integrated with our fully automated production cell:

The dosing unit automatically draws material from 200L or 20L drums, with built-in degassing to remove dissolved air
The PLC automatically recalls the correct ratio and temperature profile for different LSR grades or colors
A servo-driven take-out robot extracts the finished sleeves, carefully peeling them from the core without stretching or distorting their delicate cylindrical shape
Conveyor belt transports the sleeves to a post-curing oven or packaging station, enabling 24/7 unattended operation
