The SDVEDON 5H vertical turret milling machine is compact multi-functional metal cutting equipment. Worktable drives workpiece movement, high-speed spindle drives cutting tools for machining. It features small footprint and ultra-high flexibility: turret head swivels 90° left/right, tilts 45° front/back; rocker arm can stretch front/rear and rotate 360° horizontally, greatly expanding effective machining range.

The machine owns high rigidity and stable machining precision, capable of processing planes, holes and complex contour parts. Multiple procedures including milling, drilling, boring, reaming and tapping can be finished in single clamping. It is widely adopted in machinery, electronics, mold, auto and light machinery industries for equipment upgrade and batch production.

X/Y/Z wide rectangular guideways go through supersonic quenching, precision grinding and scraping treatment. Matched with forced lubrication device to reduce friction, eliminate low-speed crawling, improve machining accuracy and extend machine service life. Independent cooling system adjusts nozzle to control coolant flow for different cutting demands. Intuitive operation panel with graphic symbols for easy operation.

Turret head supports ±90° left-right rotation, ±45° front-back tilt; rocker arm 360° horizontal rotation and front-rear stretch, flexible for inclined plane and complex profile processing, wider processing coverage than ordinary milling machines.

Composed of bed, saddle, worktable, knee and column. Column fixed on integral cast iron bed; saddle matches bed via rectangular guideways, worktable cooperates with saddle through dovetail guideways. Driven by lead screw & nut for stable longitudinal/cross movement. Coolant stored inside bed cavity, all moving parts lubricated by hand oil pump.

Suitable for single piece, small batch and mass production, machine workshop, mold workshop and equipment maintenance department. Optional digital readout, power feed, vise, clamping plate and collet chuck according to customer demands, CNC system can be equipped upon request.

1. Unpack the machine carefully after delivery, inspect machine body and all complete accessories. Contact freight forwarder and SDVEDON sales team immediately if collision damage occurs.
2. Place machine on flat solid concrete ground, adjust horizontal level with leveling wedges, prepare stable 380V industrial power supply.
3. Before formal startup, check lubricating oil liquid level, coolant volume and each transmission part clearance.
4. Operators must receive professional training and wear safety protective equipment during processing.
5. Clean iron scraps on worktable and guide rails regularly, replenish lubricating oil and coolant on schedule to maintain long-term machining precision.
6. Cut off total power supply when replacing cutters or carrying out equipment maintenance to avoid safety accidents.
