Key Features
This series of precision leveling machines is specially designed
for correcting thin materials such as stainless steel, copper, and
aluminum, achieving a perfect leveling effect.
The leveling rollers are made of solid steel, undergo
high-frequency treatment, quenching to HRC60°, grinding, and then
hard chrome plating.
The leveling points are adjustable with screws and come with two
dial indicators.
Equipped with leveling auxiliary rollers to prevent bending and
deformation, strengthening leveling strength and roller lifespan
while meeting surface flatness requirements.
