Manual Mechanical Adjustment for Outdoor Solar Tracker Mounts
The TOMUU U18C is a manual linear actuator designed for solar
tracker mount structures that require periodic mechanical angle
adjustment without continuous motor-driven movement.
It can be integrated into different solar tracker mounting
structures, with the actuator stroke and installation dimensions
selected according to the required adjustment range and mechanical
layout.
The current configuration provides a rated push and pull load of 6,000N, with maximum static load up to 30,000N when fully retracted.

Manual Mechanical Adjustment for Solar Tracker Mounts
In some solar tracker structures, the mounting angle does not need
continuous movement throughout the day. A manual mechanical
adjuster can be used where the tracker position is changed
periodically according to project operation or seasonal
requirements.
The U18C converts manual rotary input into linear movement,
allowing the mounting structure to be repositioned through a simple
mechanical adjustment method.

Installation & Dimensions
The required stroke depends on the tracker mount geometry and the
target adjustment range. The minimum installation dimension is
based on Stroke + 250mm ±3mm.
The front and rear mounting ends use Ø14.2mm holes. Stroke and installation dimensions should therefore be confirmed
together with the tracker structure during product selection.
