Product Introduction:
The CNC Angle Line is a high-precision, fully automated integrated
processing system designed for angle steel marking, punching,
drilling, shearing, and cutting. It is extensively utilized in
industries such as power transmission towers, communication towers,
steel structure fabrication, bridge engineering, and metalworking,
replacing manual processes to achieve efficient, precise, and
stable batch processing of angle steel.
1. The machine incorporates proprietary software that activates
when powered on and ceases when turned off, eliminating the need to
return to the origin point upon restarting. This ensures continuous
operation, significantly enhancing productivity.
2. In addition to supporting DXF, the machine is compatible with
TEKKELA NC format, accommodating diverse production requirements
from customers.
3. The probe sensor for the entire production line is reduced by
one, resulting in a decreased failure rate and significantly
lowering both maintenance and operational costs.
4. It is capable of performing punching, marking, and cutting
functions automatically within a single machine.

1. The machine is composed of transverse conveyor,rotating loading
system,infeed conveyor,CNC infeed carriage,marking unit,shearing
unit,unloading conveyor as well as hydraulic,electrical and
pneumatic system,etc.
2. Veasatile triple tooling on each side which can install three
kinds of punches with different diameters.Versatile triple tooling
can move together controlled by CNC which is to change the punching
stadia.
3. Double-blade shearing ensures perfect cutting section.The
clearance can be conveniently adjusted.
4. Marking unit adopts a closed frame with good rigidity.Four sets
of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit which can be
selected by program.Marking stadia can be at will.
5. The workpiece is infeeded by the CNC carriage with high
positioning precision. The infeed carriage is driven by servo
motor. The photoelectric encoder feds back the information.Closed
loop control. The clamp arm moves up and down with high rigidity.
It is driven by ball screw and guided by linear guideway.
6. The support device of the ounching unit is driven up and down by
hydraulic cylinder.
7. The rotating loading system is driven by the reducer with high
working stability.
8. The hydraulic system mainly serves for
punching,shearing,marking,marking device movement,pressing and
supporting workpiece,and tansposition of character boxes.The
hydraulic pipeline is ferrule connect.
