The thrust plate consists of outer diameter, thickness, inner
surface, oil groove, and lug. AlSn20Cu aluminum-based alloy is
suitable for gasoline engines, while AlSn12Si2.5Pb1.7 is used for
small diesel engines, and CuPb24Sn copper-lead alloy is used for
diesel engines. Bimetallic composite materials have characteristics
such as high fatigue resistance and good friction compatibility.
