Dongguan KAIYAN Metal Products Co., Ltd. is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China—widely known as the
“World’s Factory.” The company is a professional manufacturer
specializing in precision metal stamping parts and custom metal components. With a dedicated stamping workshop and advanced manufacturing
capabilities, KAIYAN focuses on producing a wide range of
high-precision metal parts, including RF shielding cans, shielding frames, precision spring clips,
electrical contact terminals, conductive contacts, metal brackets,
metal enclosures, and various custom metal stamping parts. Our products are widely used in electronics, electrical equipment, communication devices, new
energy vehicles, and industrial applications.
With years of experience in metal stamping manufacturing, KAIYAN
continuously improves its production management system and
integrates upstream and downstream supply chain resources to
provide more comprehensive manufacturing services. In addition to
stamping, we also support CNC machining, die casting parts, sheet metal fabrication, springs,
plastic components, surface treatment, and product assembly, enabling us to offer global customers a one-stop customized solution from product design and mold

In terms of technical development, KAIYAN has an experienced
engineering and tooling team, and all molds are independently designed and developed in-house. The company continuously optimizes stamping processes and

equipped with a full range of inspection equipment, including CMM coordinate measuring machines, 2.5D vision measuring systems,
coating thickness testers, salt spray testers, hardness testers,
and other precision inspection instruments. From raw materials to final shipment, strict quality control

inspection data traceable for long-term quality assurance.
