Product Description
This series three-point internal micrometers offer measuring range
including 6-8mm, 8-10mm, 10-12mm, 12-16mm, 16-20mm, 20-25mm,
25-30mm, 30-40mm, 40-50mm. Graduation is 0.001mm within 12mm/0.5'',
graduation 0.005mm over 12mm. Supplied with setting rings, with
carbide-tipped three contact points, the errors in the measurement
process can be avoided more effectively, thus improving the
accuracy of the measurement results.
The three-point micrometer features with self-centering three-point
contact points for accurate bore measuring. It can center self and
aligning self, this structure allows the micrometer to be more
accurate and stable when measuring blind and through holes. The
measured values are significantly more accurate than those obtained
with a caliper. With three-point contact, the errors in the
measurement process can be avoided more effectively, thus improving
the accuracy of the measurement results.

Precautions
- Make sure that the measuring claw and scale of the three-point
inner micrometer are clean and dust-free so as not to affect the
measurement accuracy.
- Calibration should be performed before use to ensure that the
micrometer has a correct initial reading.
- After use, the micrometer should be cleaned and coated with a layer
of anti-rust oil to prevent rust.
- Store the micrometer in a dry, ventilated, dust-free environment to
avoid moisture and heat.
- The three-point internal micrometer is not suitable for measuring
holes with rough or burr surfaces, so as not to damage the
measuring claw or affect the measurement accuracy.
