The Swivel Wheel Sorting Machine, also known as the Divert Wheel
Sorter or Rotating Wheel Sorter, offers a reliable solution for
sorting parcels and cartons in conveyor systems. This high-speed
sorter achieves speeds of up to 6000 items per hour.
Comprising an electric drum (wheel), steering device, control
system, and frame, the machine transports items through drum
rotation. Servo motors and steering modules precisely control
direction and angle to divert items left or right.
Capable of handling various packaging materials including cartons
(≤50kg), waterproof bags, woven bags, and irregularly shaped items
with flat bottoms. Ideal for postal services, express delivery,
e-commerce logistics, and distribution centers.
