1, Main uses

new standard of GB / t5455-2014. It is mainly used for the
determination of flame retardant properties of flame retardant
woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, coated products and laminated
products, as well as the evaluation of labor safety certification
and production license. The equipment has high degree of
automation, convenient operation and safety.
2, Instrument characteristics
1. The instrument adopts microcomputer control system, with high
degree of automation.
2. Combustion test chamber: made of metal materials with heat
resistance and smoke corrosion resistance; The top and both sides
of the box body are provided with ventilation and exhaust holes
with an inner diameter of 12.5mm.
3. Ignition mode: high voltage pulse automatic ignition, more
stable and reliable ignition, no lighter or hand-held igniter
ignition, safe and convenient operation.
4. Flame adjustment: equipped with flow control valve, convenient
and flexible control of gas flow to adjust the flame height, and
equipped with flame height ruler, which can quickly adjust and
measure the flame height required by the standard.
5. Timing system: digital display time device with high integrated
circuit system, high precision, good reliability and long service
life. The afterburning time and smoldering time are automatically
recorded and the final data are saved.
6. Display system: LCD displays ignition time, afterburning time
and smoldering time clearly in real time.
7. Control system: micro control system, one button operation
burner, automatic timing positioning, automatic reset.
8. Protection device: equipped with high precision gas leakage
alarm device, gas leakage automatic sound alarm prompt. If there is
leakage, it can alarm automatically and cut off the gas source.
