Introduction of galvanised steel sheet :
Galvanized steel sheet is a raw material , which coated liquid zinc
after the cold rolling of the long and narrow strip steel . The hot
dip galvanizing has the advantages of even coating , strong
adhesion , long service life etc.Galvanized steel could not get
rust or corrosion resistance through years . Hot galvanized sheet
and alloying galvanized sheet have excellent performance, ideal
combination property including corrosion resistance, formation and
coating, and are mainly used for building, automobiles, metallurgy,
and electrical equipment. Galvanized sheet is mainly used for
making roof, door and window, roller shutter door, and suspended
skeleton in building industry, vehicle shell, chassis, door, trunk
lid, oil tank and fender in auto industry, steel sash blank and
color coated sheet substrate in metallurgy industry, and
refrigerator base, shell, refrigerating chamber, kitchen equipment
and other parts in electrical equipment industry.Hot-dip galvanized
steel sheets (GI) are produced by passing the full hard sheet which
has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through
the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. GI has a
thicker galvanized layer which has excellent anti-corrosion
qualities, and is the type of steel sheet used most commonly.
