Introductions of pre-painted galvanised steel coil :
As a new product of Huiyi ,prepainted galvanised steel coil : is
the products coated steel sheet (galvanized , zincalumed , cold
plate , etc.) after surface chemical treatment (degreasing ,
phosphating , and chromium hydrochloric acid passivation )and
coated (roller) with coatings , again baking to forming .With GI as
base metal,after pretreatment(degrease and chemical treatment)and
liquid dope with several layers of color,then after firing and
cooling,finally the plate steel is called pre-painted galvanized
steel(PPGl).Pre-painted gaIvanized steeI is good capable of
decoration,molding,corrosion resistance.Matte Pre-painted steel
coil/Color coated steel coil, produced by printing or baking paints
onto the surface of cold-rolled steel or GI or GL sheets.That
features a wide range of colors and patterns which are commonly
used to make the exterior of buildings and consumer electronics
products look more polished and sophisticated. They are made on
high-speed continuous coating lines through a number of processes
such as chemical pre-treatment, primary coating and finish coating,
thus they have better coating quality than single piece coating.
