630 Tons Horizontal Hydraulic Wheel Press For Assembly And Disassembly

Application Scope:

This Horizontal Hydraulic Wheel Press assembly and disaseembly machine is applicable for mounting and dismounting of different types of passenger cars, wagons and locomotives. It needs to turn 180° of the workpiece during the pressing. It can be equipped with the pressing curve record and print function.

Main Structure and Features:

• The wheel press machine is mainly composed of cylinder column, resistant column, rear column, support rods, chassis, caliper mechanism, support brackets, hydraulic system, eletrical control system.
• The cylinder column and resistant column are combined together via two support rods to form a force frame. The rear clumn is only to supprt these two support rods.
• The cylinder column and rear column are both welded by cast steel and steel plate, and the chassis is welded by steel plate and section steel. All are carried out annealing treatment.
• The U-type opening of the resistant column and rear column is side opening for the convenience of wheelset mounting and dismounting. Only to replace the tooling to meet the requirements of different workpiece.
• The cylinder column is provided with a ram cylinder and the piston inside is driven by oil pressure. the piston displacement is detected by displacement sensor and displayed n the industrial computer screen. The piston rod and tooling on the resistant column cooperate with each other to achieve the mounting and dismounting of the workpiece.
• The caliper mechanism is installed on the resistant column. It is used to position the resistant column at the different positions required.
• The wheel press is provided with 2 sets of support bracket for supporting the axle/wheelset. The bracket can move along the guide tail and the height can be adjusted manually.
