Product Description
We have over 80 different sizes of pressure tanks from diameter 6
to 83 inch. All the products are made and tested according to the
international standard which have passed NSF and CE certification.
We manufacture ont only for our brand, but also offer OEM service
for our customers.
Features of frp pressure vessel/tank :
1. PE liner with FRP filament winding, high quality but competitive
cost.
2. Full choice of pressure tanks from 6 to 83 inch in diameter and
from 13-110 inch in height.
3. Available in natural,blue, black, gray and any other colors on
request.
4. NSF and CE certified.
Operating Specifications of frp pressure vessel/tank :
1.Operating pressure: 150psi(10.5bar)
2.Operating temperature:34-150°F(1-49℃)
3.Max vacuum: 5 inch Hg(127mm Hg)
4.Lowest exposed temperature:-17°F(-27℃)
Testing parameters of frp pressure vessel/tank :
1.Exceed 100,000 times of cycle test from 0-150psi with standing
pressure.
2.Burst test to 4 times (600psi) of its operation presssure.
After service
1. We send the engineers to help installing, commissioning and
training, the engineers start from our factory area.
2. We supply below necessary documents with the machine:
a. Machine layout
b. Electricity diagram
c. Machine certificate
d. General manual book/maintenance book
3. After one year guarantee, the seller provides payable spare
parts and technician’s VISITING maintenance service.
