Description
The brush cutter is divided into electric power and internal
combustion power according to different powers. Internal combustion
power is divided into two-stroke and four-stroke gasoline engines;
according to different transmission modes, it is divided into
flexible shaft transmission and straight rod transmission.
According to the fuel supply mode of the engine, it is divided into
float type and pump membrane type. There are two types of working
heads for brush cutters: blades and nylon heads. The blades are
used when the working environment is good and there are no stones
or other debris. On the contrary, it is safer to use nylon heads.
Check before operation
1 Check whether the safety device is firm, whether the screws and
nuts of each part are loose, and whether the fuel leaks. Especially
whether the installation screws of the blades and the screws of the
gear box are tight, if they are loose, they should be tightened.
2 Check whether there are wires, stones, metal objects and other
debris that hinder the operation in the work area.
3 Check whether the blade has nicks, cracks, bends, etc. Whether
there is any abnormal noise, if there is, check whether the blade
is clamped properly.
4 When starting, be sure to leave the brush cutter off the ground
or a place with obstacles.
5 When starting the engine, make sure that there are no people
around. Make sure that the blade is off the ground before starting.
6 The choke door should be opened when the temperature is low, and
the choke door should not be used when the car is hot.
7 First slowly pull out the starting rope until it stops moving,
and then pull it out quickly and forcefully after it bounces back.
8 When there is no load, the throttle should be moved to idle speed
or low throttle position to prevent runaway; when working, the
throttle should be increased.
9 Do not start the engine indoors.
