Lab 1200C - 1800C High Temperature Sintering Klin Muffle Furnace
This box furnace uses high-quality electric resistance wire as
heating element, double-layer shell structure and 30-stage program
temperature control system. The furnace is made of alumina
polycrystalline fiber material, and the double-layer furnace shell
is equipped with air-cooling system, which can be quickly upgraded.
Cooling, and has the functions of over-temperature, break-off,
over-current protection, etc. The furnace has the advantages of
temperature field balance, low surface temperature, fast
temperature rise and fall, energy saving, etc. It is a

Software control system (optional): The furnace is equipped with
communication interface and software. It can directly control the
parameters of the furnace through the computer, and can observe the
temperature display of the furnace and the operation of the
instrument from the computer. The actual temperature rise curve of
the furnace It will be drawn in real time, and the temperature data
at each moment can be saved and recalled at any time.

1) 30-stage program temperature control can only be adjusted by
PID.
2) With over-temperature protection, the electric furnace heating
circuit is automatically cut off when the temperature is
over-temperature or broken, (when the electric furnace temperature
exceeds 1200 degrees or the thermocouple is blown, the AC relay on
the main circuit will be automatically disconnected, the main
circuit is broken. On, the ON light on the panel is off, the OFF
light is on, and the limited protection electric furnace).
3) With 485 communication interface (standard when purchasing
software)
4) It has the function of power-off protection, that is, when the
furnace is powered on after the power is cut off, the program does
not rise from the starting temperature, but rises from the
temperature when the power is turned off.
5) The meter has the function of temperature self-tuning.
