Torque sensors
The SLFN flange sensor is ideal for test bench applications such as
engine, dynamometer and electric motor test bench applications,
wheel load simulation test bench applications, gearbox and pump
test bench applications.
Product features
The torque sensor is designed with two flanges. Both ends of the
flanges can be installed between the shaft or flanges for torque
measurement purposes.The torsion sensor FTF is based on the
principle of resistance strain type. The resistance strain gauge is
installed on the specially processed elastomer, and then the
mechanical torque signal is transformed into an analog voltage
signal, which is proportional to the torque value within the error
range.Flange structure torque sensor FTF 100 N m, 200 N m, 300 N m,
500 N m, 700 N m, 1000 N m range is optional, nonlinear error is
not more than 0.2% of the full range;The rotation axis can pass
through a through hole located in the center of the sensor, so the
torque sensor can also be used for rotary torque measurement.Common
applications are torque calibration of torque wrench, fatigue
testing, motor torque measurement, fastening torque measurement,
actuator torque measurement, torque test bench, university torque
experiment, etc.In addition to the standard range and size,
