Production Process
CYLINDER MAKING
Printing result is based on good quality cylinder, and our cylinder
suppliers are top cylinder makers in China. Cylinder making needs
3-5working days.
PRINTING
Up to 10 color printing with the most advanced printing machine.
Inline video inspection systems is used to control quality in the
process of printing.
ADHESIVE LAMINATION
Liongo Pack has a complete variety of lamination technologies such
as Solvent based and solvent free. Customers benefit from
environmentally friendly solvent-free for their products. Also, we
promise the contact layer get food grade if it is applied to food
or medicine.
BAG MAKING
Various sizes available of standing pouches, gusset and 3-side seal
models available. Special shaped Thomson-cut pouches available,
along with Zipper and Spouts.
Food packaging
Liongo Pack knows deeply the importance of proper packaging of
coffee to keep food freshment and taste. Determination of material
is the key. Snacks like chips must use aluminum foil or aluminized
foil for light proof; seafood needs vacuum packaging, or it is
going bad easily.
Liongo provides different kinds of bags to package coffee and come
in various styles such as stand up pouches (with and without
zipper), side gusset bags, flat bottom bags, side sealed gusset
bags, vacuum bags and many more. All of which are laminated with
metalized or aluminum foil films to protect the coffee from
oxidation as coffee beans are sensitive to oxygen.
