Product introduction

It adopts 7-inch color touch screen for real-time display, built-in imported servo drive system 1-500mm/min stepless speed regulation to meet the speed required for lipstick testing. The equipment is equipped with an imported sensor (two-way tension and compression) with a resolution of 0.001N, super high The resolution and 0.5 level test accuracy ensure data accuracy and repeatability, and the miniature silent printer and multi-function data serial port meet the needs of the current testing field.
Broken tooling and hardness tooling: Both are designed with alloy materials and high-quality steel, which not only ensures the lightness of use but also meets the need for rigidity during testing. The surface of the device is treated with sandblasting and oxidation, which is wear-resistant, durable and beautiful.

Test principle
The lipstick is clamped between the clamps, the lipstick is broken by a special chuck, and the force value change and displacement change during this process are tested by the instrument to obtain the corresponding force value data.
