The final prosthetic of a dental implant can be fixed or removable.
For a fixed construction, patient cannot remove the construction or
teeth from their mouth, A removable construction, where patients
can remove the prosthetic. Our Implant products could be used to
replace missing single tooth, multiple teeth, or to restore the
whole edentulous dental arches by implant retained fixed bridge,
implant-supported overdenture, etc. We support implant upper

Requirements from dentists when ordering implant works:
1, Please state us what implant system is used, what type of
implant is used and what solution is preferred.
2, Please supply us necessary transferred implant impressions
(silicone or digital), opposite jaws, bite registrations.
3, We will inform about what implant abutment and screws needed, dentist could supply us, or we
will order from supplier, charge will be taken by dentists. If we
order implant parts, extra time would be needed.
4, implant work need more accuracy, care and work. After everything
and spare parts are ready, We still need 7-10 working days to work
with implant products.

| How to ship your implant cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a
digital case: |

a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information
as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, implant design, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Take us implant working impression (model), opposite impression
(model) and study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Take us bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts, including lab parts. |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever
shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex). You may also need to
prepare two commercial invoices for the Customs and one non wooden
declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those
format you can use. |

2. Inform us the tracking number. And let us know when you need the
