Warranty and Installation:
1.Additional free spare part will be given to ship with the
machine.
2. Offer manual, pattern book, installation video and step by step
instruction if meet problems.
3. If need field installation or repairing machine in client's
factory, client should bear tickets, food, hotel and labor cost
$100/day.
4. Within a year if part is broken, the supplier can replace part
for free. Damage resulting from buyer's wrong operation / actions
without supplier's guide / force majure is not in the scope of the
warranty. (note the wearing parts, like needles, hooks, loopers,
auto stop sensor, lamp is not in the scope of the warranty)
