FAQ

1. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc.

2. What should I do if a quotation wanted?
1) Size (Length x Width x Height)
2) Paper Material and Surface Finish.
3) Box Type and Style
4) Printing Color.
5) Quantity.
If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design drawing for better evaluation. Samples will be the best for evaluation. If you have no samples, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.
If you don't have an idea of the shape, the size, the surface finish, you can provide us the product information, and we will provide you our professional advice.

3. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.

4. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
1) The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD
2) Bleed size: 3-5mm
3) Resolution: no less than 1200PI and the higher, the better
