operation.
Ketchup is a concentrated product of tomato paste. It is made from
mature red tomato by crushing, beating, peeling and seed
concentration, canning and sterilization.
The finished product is bright red sauce, with the unique flavor of
tomato.
Ketchup filling machine

concentration in condiments, such as chili sauce, bean paste,
peanut butter, sesame paste, jam, butter hot pot base, red oil hot
pot base, etc.

Ketchup filling machine is a new product developed by introducing

adopts positive displacement plunger pump to perform filling, with
high filling accuracy, long service life, high temperature
resistance, acid and alkali resistance. It integrates machine,
electricity and gas.
Working principle
The machine is a pneumatic plunger type quantitative filling
machine. The piston driven by the air cylinder draws the material
in the hopper into the feeding pipe through the three-way rotary
valve, and then the material is pushed out through the three-way
rotary valve driven by the air cylinder, and the material enters
the container from the filling nozzle; The filling volume is
controlled by the stroke of the cylinder.

Mechanical characteristics
The volumetric piston pump is used for filling, with high precision
and wide range of dosage adjustment. It can adjust the loading
capacity of all pump bodies as a whole, and can also slightly
adjust a single pump body, which is fast and convenient.
Plunger pump filling system does not absorb drugs, has good
chemical stability, high temperature resistance, corrosion
resistance, wear resistance, long service life, and has unique
advantages in filling some corrosive liquid medicine.
The low position liquid storage cylinder is adopted, so the whole
machine is easy to clean and disinfect, and can be cleaned in
place.
It is compact, reasonable in design and convenient in operation;
The pneumatic part adopts the pneumatic components of Taiwan
AIRTAC, which has stable performance and low failure rate;
The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the
contact part is made of 304 / 316L stainless steel, which meets the
requirements of GMP;
The filling nozzle is equipped with pneumatic anti dripping device,
which can avoid wire drawing and dripping;
There are filling quantity adjusting handle and filling speed
adjusting knob, which can adjust filling quantity and filling speed
at will, with high filling precision;
It can be changed to full pneumatic explosion-proof type according
to the environmental requirements, with no live operation and more
safety.
