The hydraulic roller fertilizer granulating machine is a kind of
extrusion granulator, which consists of a feeding device and two
parallel rollers. It can process many types fertilizer (inorganic
fertilizer (NPK), magnetic fertilizer, etc.). Especially to make
rare earth, potassium fertilizer, and ammonium bicarbonate series
compound fertilizer.

Working principle of hydraulic roller press fertilizer granulating
machine
After adding raw materials from the feed port, the roll of the
granulator bites the material into the gap of the roll for
compression. After the material passes through the compression
zone, the surface tension and gravity of the material make it enter
the rotary screen for screening. Qualified products are sent to the
finished warehouse by conveyor. The material under the powder sieve
is sent back to the raw material bin through the conveyor for
secondary roll pressing. The extrusion force can be adjusted by the
pressure of the hydraulic cylinder according to the operation
needs, and finally the granulation quality and output can be
improved.
