Rotary drum granulator is a molding machine that can make powder

Working principle of rotary drum granulating machine
The rotary drum granulator main working method is aggregate wet
granulation. Through a certain amount of water or steam, basic
fertilizer mixed wet in drum granulator tube body after the full
chemical reaction. Under a certain liquid conditions, in virtue of
rotary exercise of the rotating cylinder, so that material granules
have an extrusion stress, reunite to ball.
Features of rotary drum granulating machine
1. The rotary drum granulator has high granulation rate about above
70%, the unqualified granules can be re-granulated.
2. Hot steams improve material moisture, which makes compound
fertilizer granulation easy.
3. The rotary drum fertilizer granulating machine finished inside
of polyethylene makes raw materials difficult to stick the body,
anti-corrosion insulation.

1. Polyethylene plastic plates are fixed in inner drum to prevent
sticking and protect drum from corrosion.
2. Drum is placed obliquely in brackets which is made of robust
carbon steel plates and channel beam.
3. Inside the drum wall is shoveling plates for easy granulating
and cleaning.
4. Rotary drum is made from our vertical lathe, which is strong and
solid enough for granulating.
