The mask machine is to make various masks with certain filtering performance through processes such as hot pressing, folding molding, ultrasonic welding, scrap removal, welding of ear bands and nose bridge strips, etc. The mask equipment is not a single machine, it requires The cooperation of multiple machines completes various processes.

1. Function introduction

This equipment is used for automatic folding mask production line (typical models such as N95 masks) .The equipment is loaded on the whole roll. Multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls are subjected to compound roll welding.The nose line is unwound and cut after welding. Unwinding, welding after fixed-length cutting, and then the body is folded in half, after ultrasonic welding and fusion, the final mask is rolled and formed.
The mask has comfortable wearing, no pressure, good filtering effect, fits the shape of human face, and can be applied to medical, electronics, mining, construction and other industries.
This machine adopts PLC, touch screen control, the main conveyor belt adopts single-phase motor conveying, stepping motor reversal, precise transmission, stable control and adjustable speed.
