Description
XF series Horizontal Box Shape Continuous Type Fluid Bed Dryer
consists of air filter, heater, fluidized-bed main machine, feeder,
cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifuge fan and
operation platform. Because the properties of raw materials
different, when equip the dust removing equipment, we should
consider practical needs. We can select cyclone separator and cloth
bag duster at the same time or one of them. generally speaking,
select cyclone separator only for raw material that is large in
specific gravity but cloth bag filter for powder or small granules
that is light in specific gravity. Meanwhile air feeding device and
belt conveyor for selection.
Application

Horizontal Box Shape Continuous Type Fluid Bed Dryer has widely
applied in the field of pharmaceutical, chemicals, foodstuff,
processing grain etc. For example, the dehumidification and drying
of and granular materials such as bulk pharmaceuticals, granular
patent medicines, preparations, feed, plastic resin etc. The
granular diameter shall be within the range from 0.1to 6mm and the
best is 0.5 to 3mm
Working principle
Clean&hot air enters into fluidization bed through distribution
of valve plate. Wet material fed from feeder will be formed a
fluidization state by hot air(jumping with the bed like boiling
water),so it is called fluidizing dryer. Because of the wide
contact between hot air and materials, the drying time is very
short. air enters from one end of bed, through “boiling” several
minutes, and then comes out automatically from the other end. The
dryer is also applicable for thermal sensitive material as a result
of very short drying time and lowe temperature of material proper.

Installation explanation
Fluidizing bed, cyclone separator and bag filter should be placed
on the flat concrete ground, and no foundation screws needed. The
fan with under frame and foundation screws may be installed indoor
or outdoor. The plan can be adjusted slightly in accordance with
the practical conditions.
No air should leak in air pipe system to be free from the influence
on drying efficiency.

NOTE: The drying capacity is measured on the basis of the primary
and final moisture contents of 20% and 5% respectively of drying
plum crystal and air intake temperature at 130 ℃.drying capacity
for other material will be based on the practical drying condition.
