input/output signal transmission of the new products uses Samsung's
unique low voltage swing termination logic (LVSTL, Low Voltage
Swing Terminated Logic), which not only further reduces the power
consumption of the LPDDR4 chip, but also enables the chip to
operate at low voltage The high-frequency operation realizes the
optimization of power supply efficiency.
