3. Hot dip galvanized: GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123

Raw material incoming inspection
Liangta inspect all the angle steel materials before incoming,
First, we ask the supplier to supply products certificate and
quality assurance.
Then we make strict measurement on contour dimension inspection,
chemical element analysis and mechanical property test .
We have a special physical and chemical room, equipped with WHV-201
Computers Digital Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer, Visible
spectrophotometer, universal material testing machine and so on. we
can do C, S, Si, Mn, P chemical element analysis and tensile
testing according to the YB/4163—2007.We refuse to receive the
materials below standards.

trial assembly before galvanzation
and after galvanization.
