Structure

The DXZ limit switch is composed of a high-precision large transmission ratio reducer and its output shaft synchronized adjustable mechanical memory control mechanism and sensor.

Working principle

The input shaft of the Height limiter is driven by the direct connection of the lifting drum shaft; or driven by the pinion fixed on the input shaft of the DXZ stroke Height limiter and the ring gear on the drum. When the drum is working, the number of turns (the length of the wire rope that is wound or output) is recorded by the DXZ travel Height limiter iter, and the pulley block or hook terminates at 1m from the boom trolley or before it touches the ground.
