I. Working Principle:
1. Product Introduction
High - level palletizing machine is a special high speed automatic
palletizing machine. High level palletizing machine LA-MD1000 could
lift bag to a certain height, then transfer, marshall, layer and
stow the material bag according to the predetermined way on the
empty pallet with layer type, and finally output with the finished
pallets.
2. Features
The high - level palletizing machine is to carry out each layer
according to the bag counting. The material bag is changed by the
transposition machine to reach the preset pallet type. The
marshalling machine determines which bags are in which layer, and
then the bag pusher accurately push the bag onto the pallet. After
it finished the palletizing, the loading car will put the full
pallet on the conveyor, waiting for the forklift to take away.
Ⅱ. Features of this palletizing system:
Automatic high level bag palletizer can stack bigger pallet with
higher level and speed compared to the robot palletizer and low
level palletizer; high-levelr palletizer is a dedicated high-speed
automatic palletizing Equipment. High-level palletizing machine
will be transport bags to a certain height, according to PLC
program, then bags will be translocated, grouped, pushed and
stacked on the pallet, finally the full pallet will be conveyed out
the system.
Fully automatic bag palletizier is suitable for palletizing of big
bags, such as fertilizer, flour, cement, rice, chemical raw
materials and feed stuffs.The use of touch-screen operation is to
achieve man-machine dialogue, which show the production speed, the
cause of the malfunction and location, a high degree of
automation.It uses PLC programmable bag sorting layer stacking, and
pallet supply and discharge can be programmed into the program
control.High quality chain with good wear resistance ensures high
precision, stable transmission and so on.Imported pneumatic
components and cylinders ensures high quality and reliable
performance.
