Materials Melting Plant
Description
FT series corrosive materials melting machine, without self heating
system, which consists of melting tank, sliding supporting platform
and electrical apparatus control system. The melting tank is
divided into two chambers. The upper one is melting chamber for
barrel material, the heating coil exchange heat with the barrel in
radiation way to achieve the purpose of material melting. The lower
chamber keeps up heating to reach the temperature of suction
pump(110 degree), then the pump pumps the liquid material into the
storage tank, if increasing the heating time, you can get higher
temperature.
Melting plant components
The equipment mainly consists of melting tank, lifting system,
tipping devices, drum plate, dripping liquid collect system,
hydraulic propulsion system, thermal oil heating system, liquid
pump, pipe system, and electric control system.
Working principle
The equipment adopts automatic spring door sealed box structure.
The drum is lifted by electrical hoisting. The hydraulic propeller
pushes drum plate into the melter, and using the hot thermal oil
from external boiler as the heating source.
Continuous production one full drum in and one empty drum out from
the other end.
Features
1. Drum lifting
Lift the barrel by hoist, move the barrel transversely and put it
on the turnover device with opening up. No dripping, no pollution.
2. Drum turnover device
In the previous time, after opening the barrel, we need to turn
over the barrel by manual and liquid dripping results in waste and
pollution when move the barrel with opening down to the sling way.
But our machine adopt the barrel turnover technology invented by
ourselves, the machine drastically reduces the labor intensity and
avoids dripping during transferring.
3. Collecting disk
After the barrel turned over by the turnover device, a few of
liquid dripping from the barrel will be collected by the bottom
disk and spilled into the melting tank automatically through a
small hole.
4. Barrel plate
The hydraulic pusher does NOT push the barrel directly, but push
the barrel plate with square shape, avoiding big resistance,
unsatisfactory progress and deformation of barrel and rail.
