Diesel oil burner heating bitumen decanting machine for drum
packing
The YDST series asphalt melting device developed by our company is
a self-heating integrated structure. This equipment perfectly
combines the thermal oil boiler with the melting equipment. The
equipment uses a diesel burner as a heat source, the barrel asphalt
is heated and dumped by a hot air and by the thermal oil coils, and
then melted into a liquid state. The device can guarantee the
quality of asphalt heating. In addition to keeping the advantages
of DLT series equipment, it has higher thermal efficiency, smaller
occupancy, easier installation, more convenient transfer and lower
transportation cost than DLT series equipment. The equipment has
beautiful appearance, reasonable and compact arrangement, stable
and reliable performance, and is suitable for the production of
asphalt barrel removal under various working conditions.
Drummed bitumen melting plant components
The equipment mainly consists of melting tank, lifting system,
tipping devices, asphalt drum plate, dripping asphalt collect
system, hydraulic propulsion system, thermal oil heating system,
exhaust flue system, diesel oil burner, bitumen pump, pipe system,
and electric control system.
Operation process
The equipment adopts automatic spring door sealed box structure.
The drum is lifted by electrical hoisting. The hydraulic propeller
pushes drum plate into the melter, and using the diesel oil burner
as the heating source.
With self double heating systems, easy to be transferred, heating
speed fast.
Continuous production one full drum in and one empty drum out from
the other end.
Main features
1, The equipment adopts automatic spring door sealed box structure.
The drum is lifted by electrical hoisting. The equipment has

2, Fast melting speed: large thermal oil heating dissipation area
inside the equipment, fast heating speed and high production
efficiency; heating coil group adopts zonal independent control
technology, which can freely adjust and distribute heat between
upper coil and lower coil, so as to synchronize decanting speed and
melting speed, and exhaust from thermal oil furnace is used again,
high energy utilization; the whole tank body is insulated by
superior rook wool material with better insulation and with less
heat loss.
3, Complete removal: the inner of dumping device has large heat
storage and each drum is directly heated by the thermal oil coil.
The above mentioned advantages guarantees the bitumen can be
removed completely and no waste.
4, Automatic slag removal: filter device installed in the bitumen
circulation tube can remove the slag automatically.
5, Automatic temperature control: The burner starts and stops
automatically according to the set temperature of asphalt and
thermal oil.

Integrated design, barrel turnover design and barrel plate are our
latest intellectual patents.
Integrated design combines the thermal oil boiler with bitumen
melting device which saves the transportation cost of thermal oil
boiler and reduces the occupied area, avoiding to install the
thermal oil boiler. Moreover, internal direct heat exchange and
recycled exhaust drastically reduce the heat loss and increase the
heat utilization.
In the previous time, after opening the barrel, we need to turn
over the barrel by manual and bitumen dripping results in waste and
pollution when move the barrel with opening down to the sling way.
But after adopting bitumen barrel turnover technology, the machine
drastically reduces the labor intensity and avoids dripping.
The bitumen barrel plate technology avoids the diseases of the
previous hydraulic pusher on direct pushing barrel such as big
resistance, unsatisfactory progress and deformation of barrel and
rail.
