How the Decanter Centrifuge Works1. Lemon Juice Feeding
Lemon juice containing pulp and suspended solids enters the
rotating bowl through the feeding system.
2. Solid Sedimentation
Under centrifugal force, pulp particles and fibers move toward the
bowl wall and form a concentrated solids layer.
3. Juice Clarification
Separated juice remains in the liquid zone and flows toward the
clarified liquid discharge area.
4. Solids Conveying
The scroll continuously transports concentrated lemon pulp toward
the discharge end.
5. Continuous Discharge
Clarified juice and dewatered pulp are discharged separately for
further processing.
