4. Product use
The rotating guardrails are especially suitable for installation
and application in many accident areas such as tunnel entrances,
central isolation belts, rapid turning zones, and complex
intersections.
1) Road central safety roller.the road central safety roller is to
divide the car line and prevent safety driving from opposite impact
.
2) Road cross safety roller.the road cross safety roller is
installed on the cross to prevent the cars from rushing to the
greenbelt.
3) Safety roller for highway.it is very fast driving in the
highway, and the safety roller is to protect the
drivers&passengers from accident.
5. Features of construction barrier:
1. Normal Size:
3200/3810/4000/4300/4320×306/310/312/380×80/82/83/85×2.75/3/4mm.
Available in different sizes.
2. Profile: W-beam, Three-beam construction barrier.
3. Applicable Standards: JT/T281-1995(Corrugated Sheet Steel Beams
For Expressway construction barrier - China), AASHTO
M-180(Corrugated Sheet Steel Beams For construction barrier - USA),
RAL-RG620 (German) or any other International Standards.
4. Surface Treatment: Hot dip galvanized or Power coated.
5. The Thickness of Galvanized (Double Sides):
100g/m2,300g/m2,600g/m2 or as per your request.
6. Features: Great corrosion resistant, high intensity, long and
durable, with good impact resistance, low cost, long life, higher
security, environmental protection, etc.
7. Relevant Parts Required for construction barrier: post, spacer
(C, U and Sigma types etc) and fasteners.
8. Other special specification as per client's requirement or
drawings.
6. Packing and shipping
For the roller barrel,it would be packed with opp bag+woven bag,or
opp bag+woven bag+carton.
And for the guardrail,it would be packed as tie,and also the same
as post.Shipping by air or sea as request.
