reduce the heat exchange burden of the boiler in the second and
third return strokes, prolong the service life of the boiler, and

3. The design of the corrugated furnace increases the resistance
when the flue gas flows, increases the time of radiation heat
exchange, and improves the heat exchange efficiency.
4. The design of the corrugated furnace improves the expansion
coefficient of the boiler after being heated, and the overall
strength is obviously increased, which avoids the adverse effect of
the stress generated when the tube tube is heated on the weld.
Therefore, the boiler has strong adaptability to various oil and
gas fuels such as heavy oil, light oil and natural gas.
5. It adopts large-screen liquid crystal display, intelligent PLC
control system, intelligent operation and convenience, and is
equipped with automatic ignition/extinguishing/fire switch, high
emission gas, low pressure protection, gas leakage protection,
automatic filling and stopping pump, high and low Water warning,
ultra low water level interlock, alarm, smoke exhaust temperature
is too high and the operating system is shut down.
6. Imported burner, imported valve group, stable and safe
combustion conditions, long service life, light load drive can
ensure sufficient heat output, and can also reduce equipment
fatigue.
7. The amount of steam generated is sufficient and the steam
quality is high.
