Dry mix mortar plant is mainly composed of raw materials storage
system, lifting & conveying system, weighing system, mixing system,
packing system dust collection system and control system.It's
always used for mixing and producing all kinds of dry powder,such
as mansory mortar, foor mortar, tile mortar, brick mortar, filing
mortar, insulation mortar and so on.
BH Automatic dry mortar plant on the basis of semi-auto dry mortar
plant, increases the raw material storage system, automatic
weighing system and premix tank, that no need manual weighing, and
improves the efficiency. Depending on the configuration, capacity
at 10-15T/H, with an annual output of 30-100,000 tons per year.

Working flow:
According to requirements of the customers, the system can be
equipped with 3-6 bulk storage bins.
Cement and fly ash will be filled to the silos by pump truck, then
the cement, sand, fly ash and additives will be conveyed to the
metering and batching system for dosing,
the material in which will, after being processed by the metering
and batching system, be conveyed to pending-for-mixing bin,
and then fed into the high-efficiency biaxial agravic mixer for
continuous mixing.
The finished product in conformity with mixing accuracy
requirements can be sent to the finished products bin shortly after
mixed.
