3, Production process
- According to your product picture and dimension, the production
process is (1) material cutting, (2) stretching, (3)bulge, (4)edge
trimming, (5) punching holes.
- Normally you can buy the round aluminum piece from the market, so
this offer doesn't mention the material cutting machine.
- According to your product picture, we suggest the rubber bulge way
to form the pot body, not the water bulge way.
- The polishing, washing, oxidation, etc after edge trimming step are
not offered in this quotation. If you want, we will offer you
later.
