1. Specification

We are proud to launch our AS4687/2007 certified Economical priced temporary fencing panels.

1) Pipe thickness: 2.mm thick

2) Pipe welds: all the four ends are squashed and welded all around; we use epoxy paint on

all our welds to safeguard against rust, with a coat of gal paint to make it aesthetic

3) Our infill mesh that is attached to the frame has a 10-12mm long weld on each and every

vertical wire and a 10-12mm long weld on every second horizontal wire (ON BOTH SIDES)

2. Structure

Fence Panel Our top of the range panel is manufactured for its robustness in remote and extreme climates. These products withstand these environments and are best suited for the Resource and Hire industries. Our flagship panel specification: Anti-climb mesh infill 360° weld between the vertical & horizontal pipe Horizontal pipe ends crimped for increased strength. Above Industry Benchmark in a thickness of galvanizing 1.94 Metre Top Horizontal Pipe for extra security The manufacturing process uses hand welding for optimum strength with an average of over 70 microns hot dipped galvanized finish. We use the highest quality material specification, incorporating: Frame – 32mm diameter horizontal and vertical pipes with a min 2mm wall thickness Mesh - 4mm horizontal and vertical wire with 150mm x 60mm spacing's

Clamps All Temporary Fencing clamps are made from hot dipped galvanized steel ensure along with life which make them the perfect way to secure the top of the fencing panels together. We can also provide tamper-proof nuts for extra security if required.

Stays Temporary fence stays are used to support the temporary fence in high wind situations or on long runs to ensure the fence once erected remains secure.Our specialist installation guys will access the site and install stays if required. Fence stays are hot dipped galvanised to Australian Standard - 42 Microns and are attached to the mesh panels by 2 clamps and weighted down by concrete filled plastic feet.

Feet All Temporary Fencing plastic bases (feet) are a high quality, heavy duty, long life product, which are much smarter in appearance than the original concrete or steel feet. Your temporary fence will look great and be safer with these highly visible orange coloured feet. Our feet are more durable, will last longer, are easier to handle, and are not prone to falling apart or chipping. We stock a range of feet as listed below: 1. Blow moulded concrete filled plastic feet The plastic bases stack conveniently by interlocking into the foot below them for easy and safe transport. The blow moulded plastic feet are filled with concrete which make them extremely durable as the entire concrete base is encased in plastic. This will prolong the life of the foot which will save you money in the long run. 2. Injection Moulded concrete filled plastic feet These are the basic feet used by many of the temporary fencing companies in Australia. The concrete is poured in from the underside and the feet have two steel reinforcing rods.
