1. Product Description
Oxygen enriched combustion is a technology that enable coal to burn
completely with purified oxygen to increase the calorific value,
reduce exhaust gas emission and save energy.
The VPSA oxygen enrichment technology, developed by Hangzhou
Chenrui is featured with small investment, low energy consumption
and less operation cost. It is widely used in the industries such
as non-ferrous smelting, steel, chemical engineering, paper making,
fiberglass, etc.
2. Process Flow Brief Description
VPSA oxygen generating equipment is mainly composed of a blower,
vacuum pump, switch valve, adsorber and the oxygen tank.The air is
pressurized by a Roots blower into an adsorber loaded with oxygen
molecular sieves. Moisture, carbon dioxide and nitrogen are
adsorbed to produce oxygen.
When adsorbed to a certain extent, vacuum pumps are used to vacuum,
and the adsorbed moisture, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and a small
amount of other gases are respectively pumped out to the
atmosphere, and the adsorbents are regenerated. The above process
steps are implemented by PLC and switch valves system to realize
automatic control.
3. Technical Features
- Low investment and energy consumption as newly advanced molecular
sieve of oxygen separation from air adopted, with unit power
consumption for producing oxygen: 0.26-0.38kwh/Nm3, consumption of
circulating water: 0.002t/Nm3 and over 67% of oxygen yield.
- Well adaptability with adjustable oxygen purity of 25 ~ 95%, and
adjustable production load of 25 ~ 110%.
