The PL5 Bulk Head LED Porch Light is especially designed for illuminating walkways,corridors,stairwells, storage rooms, toilets, etc. Available with emergency unit and improved microwave sensor, 3-step dim option (100% - 20% - 0%) and daylight priority, whereby the on / off switch can be controlled by the amount of daylight,the luminaires with and

without sensor can be configurated as master / slave, 3 CCT and Power switchable means 1SKU= 12SKU, which is stocking friendly and save your cash flow.

According to the International Standard of LED luminaire, here DUALRAYS formally claims that DUALRAYS Bulk Head LED Porch Light series products is only allowed to be applied to indoor or semi-outdoor neutral environment. Meanwhile DUALRAYS promises full warranty for the products.

Any severe environment application including high/low temperature, high humidity, high salinity, high-ammonia etc. is not permitted without the official confirmation from the manufacturer. If any misapplication happens, the warranty policy is no longer guaranteed.

Q1: What is the warranty for the TB7 LED Tubular light?

RE: 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q2: What’s the payment methods you can accept ?
RE: We can accept multi payment routes in order to be more flexible and convenient for our customers all over the world,Western Union,Paypal,T/T,L/C.But generally the standard payment method is T/T for bulk orders,30% T/T in advance,balance 70% before shipment The bank information is written in the PI.

Q3: What is CRI?

RE: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors.Higher CRI with higher cost.For LED tubes,the CRI is mostly >80Ra,and 90Ra with higher cost.
Q4: Can I only buy the housing separately?

RE:Sorry,we only supply the whole luminaire fixture,but SKD/CKD can be accepted.

Q5:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
