| Function: This machine is mainly applied to simulate the equipment
(like electronic products, lighting, electronic components,
automobile, motorbike and its spare parts) under the raining
conditions, and to check if its physical and other relative
performances can reach the requirements. |

| 5. Characteristics | ● Apply to IPX5 and IPX6 testing ● The shells and turntable are made by SUS304# stainless steel, to
make sure rustless for long time use. ● Built-in water tank, with ball valve to control the inflow, and
with low water-level alarm to prevent from damage caused by
hydropenia. The thermometer is to display the temperature of the
tank. ● Parts of electrical appliances of turntable are omniseal to
prevent electric leakage. ● The turntable adopts step motor, the speed is within the range of
standard can not be adjustable, and can control the positive and
negative direction (for live test, to prevent the winding) . ● The flow rate can be adjusted by flowmeter (manual regulation) ● Jet nozzles: designed according to IEC60529 ● There is an outlet on the turntable for samples (AC220V, 10A),
on-off time can be control by program: off (0~999min)-on
(0~999min)-off (0~999min).It is apply to live test. ● The test time can be set up by touch screen, time setting range:
0~999min (adjustable), and auto stop after test. ● Control system adopts 7 inch touch screen and PLC( Panasonic),
the electrical components are made by LG, OMRON and other famous
brands. ● One button to switch between IPX5 and IPX6 testing, sudden stop
button for urgent accident. |
