    The RU2 reading head employs LAMOTION's advanced large area single field scanning technology. Parallel beam illumination and single field scanning sensor provide exceptional performance even in contaminated environments.

    When using RUS stainless steel grid ruler, the RU2 reading head maintains measurement accuracy within tens of nanometers even when contaminated by dust, ink, and scratches.
