It can load 5 trays one time ,even bigger than two deck four trays deck oven, but because the height is lower than two deck oven so more easy to operate in small space. So single deck five trays deck oven is most suit in this situation.

We upgrade the deck oven heating system, use ceramics and heating coil instead of copper pipe and heating tubes. Heating copper pipe can’t heat evenly so the product need to turn over direction during baking processing. But ceramics and heating oil can make the product heated evenly and don’t need waste time to take out the product during the baking. Same time the heating system equipment with stable electrical parts and digital control, so the effect is much better than normal deck oven.

In new deck oven product we still use stainless steel, and equipped with inside lights and big glass door, more easy and convenient for operator control.

Beside single deck oven ,we also have other product of double deck oven, three deck and four deck oven match with different trays for customer choose.
