The composition is 50%polyester 50% Nylon, the weight is 48 gsm,
coated fabric is a kind of fabric treated by a special process. It
can make the surface of the fabric to form a layer of uniform
covering rubber material, so as to achieve waterproof, windproof
and other functions. Coating fabrics using solvent or water to the
required coating colloidal particles (with PU adhesive, A/C rubber,
PVC, PE plastic) and dissolved into salivate shape.
It has the following advantages:

- PU coated fabric has good strength and can be used for very thin
coating;
- The coating is porous, with moisture permeability and ventilation
performance;

PU coating fabric coating agent according to composition

solvent and water system. Solvent PU has good strength and

prepolymer which reacts isocyanate with oligomers to form a
hydroxyl terminal prepolymer and a crosslinking agent. Crosslinkers
are compounds containing multiple (three or more) isocyanate
groups. In coating finishing, the prepolymer reacts with
crosslinking agent to form thermosetting mesh film, which endows
the textile with excellent properties. In order to achieve
waterproof and moisture permeable effect, solvent - based coating
finishing agent generally uses wet coating process to process
fabric.
