Laboratory single-cell flotation machine is mainly used for mineral

XFDn series single-slot flotation machine adopts frequency
conversion technology, stepless speed regulation of impeller,
digital display, easy adjustment, stable and accurate display. The
machine also adds an external inflation device, and improves the
scraper device for stepless speed regulation. Automatic adjustment
of water replenishment and automatic reagent delivery device to
realize flotation automation.
The single cell flotation machine is driven by the triangle
generation drive of the motor to rotate the impeller, which
produces centrifugal action to form a negative pressure. On the one
hand, sufficient air is sucked in to mix with the pulp, on the
other hand, the pulp is stirred to mix with reagents, and at the
same time, the foam is refined, so that the minerals are bonded to
the foam and floated to the pulp surface to form a mineralized
foam.
