This is 2cavity 300ml HDPE material shampoo bottle mould, the mould structure within autodeflashing system, can cut up and bottom extra raw material automatic in machine and no need workers second tear off.

The main mould cavity steel is P20, but other kinds stainless steel lilke 2316 or Alum also optional, the cavity surface do sandblast and make full enough venting, reasonable cooling lines circle around the cavity to meet good cooling during production.

Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge
